25,000 in The Sultan Mohd IV Stadium in Kota Bharu

“The kind of atmosphere you get playing here is lacking in Malaysian football,” said Sathianathan after Kelantan, backed by a sell-out 25,000 crowd, defeated KL Plus 3-0 in a Malaysia Cup quarter-final second-leg match on Saturday to advance 4-1 on aggregate.

Kelantan players received a RM52,000 windfall from the Kelantan Football Association (KAFA) for making the quarterfinals of the Malaysia Cup.
The bonus was handed over by KAFA president Tan Sri Annuar Musa to team skipper Indra Putra Mahayuddin, on behalf of the players. Annuar said the bonus was paid to spur the spirit of the players who face KL Plus in the quarter-final match in Cheras next week. "We had promised the players a bonus if they qualified for the quarterfinals and since they had fulfilled KAFA''s initial target, we decided to give out the bonus which will be shared by the players," he said.
"If they make the semifinals, a similar bonus will be offered to them." - Bernama
